If you believe you have a faulty item, please contact the retailer where you purchased it. The retailer has a legal obligation under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 to deal with your enquiry if relating to items purchased which appear unfit for intended purpose. As a manufacturer, we do not deal directly with the public. Please do not send any faulty products directly to us. Items believed to be faulty will be collected from the retailer by our Area Representative, and returned to us for inspection. If we find the item does have a fault, we will issue the retailer with either a credit or a replacement (whichever they have requested). In some cases, our inspection may conclude that the item has been misused, in which case we will not issue a credit or replacement.
